In addition to my professional journey, I'm a family-oriented individual committed to maintaining balance in all aspects of life. My educational background includes a current pursuit of a Diploma in Yoga Therapy from Ajna Yoga in Victoria, BC, and a Level-1 Yoga Instructor certification from the Moraji Desai National Institute Of Yoga in India. I've also completed a 200-Hour Yoga Teachers Training at Sri Sri School Of Yoga in Kathmandu, Nepal. Beyond the academic and professional realm, I hold a Science degree from AICOE in West Bengal, earned between June 2007 and June 2009. My dedication extends to martial arts, achieving a Green Belt in Itosu-Ryu Karate Do from India in November 2003. My sporting achievements include securing the 2nd Position in the Third State Karate Championship and the Second Position in the Fourth State Karate Championship in Sikkim, India, both recognized by the International Olympic Committee. In addition to my family-oriented nature, I have a set of diverse interests and hobbies. I find joy and fulfillment in exploring topics like Patanjali Yoga Sutra, conducting Child Meditation Classes, developing Personalized Sadhana, and honing my skills in Relationship Management (RM). I bring proficiency in Screening and Assessment, along with experience in Social Media Marketing/Management. MY house keeping experience is more over a Administrative Position in the past where i used to tell people where to clean how to clean. It was my responsibility that the place i worked was clean and safe, but there were people to do that so i just needed to ceck and delegate, but ready to get my hands on it now. Besides that i have experience cleaning 2 and half store building every weekend which was my house back in home, Mopping, dusting, wiping every thing.
