We’re a busy family of 4, looking for a part-time, permanent housekeeper & home helper. Dad works evenings, 4 weekdays a week. Mom works asynchronously and goes to school, both remotely from home. Daughter is in 3rd grade in a neighbourhood school. Son is in full day pre-school. Our older 3 level - 2000 sq.ft home has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, & will need an initial comprehensive organization & deep clean. Afterwards, we’re looking to have a helper come in for 8+ hours a week. Weekly tasks: - clean & organize bathrooms, bedrooms, & common areas - change linens - vacuum & mop floors - dust - laundry - organize and clean pantry & fridge - clean blinds and baseboards - wipe walls - help edit and organize belongings - meal prep - additional tasks as required Occasional tasks: - keeping kids company while Mom runs errands or attend meetings - indoor & outdoor gardening Must haves: - clean criminal background check - kid friendly demeanor - ability to commute to & from work - open minded & respectful of privacy - organized and meticulous - ability to maneuver stairs Nice to haves: - Tagalog, Spanish, Chinese, or French speaking - culinary talents - driver’s license What we offer: - $15 to $20 an hour, depending on skills and experience - kind, understanding, & flexible environment - potential for exchange of professional services (we are a mechanic/handy man and human resources & payroll/tax professional) If this sounds like a, match, we’d love to connect and learn more about you.
