I'm looking for someone that is willing and able to perform the following duties: 1. Clean the master bedroom which is mine; (Initially help me organize my walk-in closet as well) 2. Clean two bathrooms (Main floor and master bedroom); 3. Dusting (Master bedroom and main floor only); 4. Clean kitchen (No need to do dishes but would like the fridge cleaned out occasionally); 5. Would like to see the kitchen cupboards more organized; 6. No laundry duties but would like some occasional ironing; 7. I would like the main floor de-cluttered (if that's a word); 8. Basement duties are not required; 9. Eventually accompanying me on some shopping sprees; I am willing to pay a minimum of $20.00/hour. I am willing to pay more depending on your reliability, trustworthiness and willingness and ability to perform the duties at hand. I am also hoping you have the flexibility of accommodation if other duties arise that might need tending to as we go along. I think whoever takes this job will probably find the initial work to be a little bit of a challenge but after that it should be fairly simple and straightforward. I am expecting to only require the duties to be performed 3-4 days per month for 2-3 hours each day. It could be more depending on the mutually agreed upon hourly rate.
