One time cleaning and then once a month. One time cleaning: washroom, fridge and stove, microwave. Floors vacuumed and mopped. Put 3 rugs in washing machine and dryer. Clean out cupboard and put canned goods in it. Shred paperwork. Once a month: clean bathroom, vacuum floor and wash it. Must have own cleaning supplies and vacuum.

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience
