I am in search of a vibrant and responsible individual with a pleasant disposition to fill a part-time housekeeper position. Possessing a car is necessary as this role requires the use of your own vehicle for tasks such as grocery shopping and other household errands. The role, which entails looking after the neatness and tidiness of my house, is a long-term commitment requiring your services one day per week. While I would prefer this day to be Friday, there is flexibility for the day to fall on a Thursday if needed. The working hours would be less than 20 hours a week, scheduled for the morning, midday, or evening. The house, which my husband and I keep pretty clean given that our children have moved out, will primarily require you to take care of the inside and immediate external areas. Duties, though not limited to these, include: laundry tasks (washing, drying clothing, and household items); cleaning the kitchen, such as doing the dishes, cleaning inside and outside of the fridge, cupboards, oven, dishwasher, pantry, counters, and floors; doing the grocery shopping and running household errands, and ensuring that the household supplies are fully stocked. You will also be responsible for rotating seasonal clothing in closets, maintaining the pantry, routinely clearing out of date and spoiled items, changing the beds and linens, and other seasonal and occasional duties such as cleaning bathrooms, floors, fridge, and also dusting and cleaning the baseboards, among others. In return for your commitment, I am offering $30 per hour, with the role set to commence immediately. This is not a live-in role, and you are required to have a valid driver's license.
