To Whom It May Concern: Jocelyn Refuerzo has been a full time live-out caregiver with my family since June 1, 2013. She is responsible for full time childcare responsibilities for my four-month old son, cooking, cleaning, and laundry. Jocelyn is extremely caring, warm individual. She is wonderful with my son, singing, talking and interacting with him (my #1 criteria.), and has developed a strong relationship with my extended family who are over frequently to visit. Jocelyn manages my household with tremendous care and attention to detail. She is self-starting, coming up with a comprehensive schedule for cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping, and laundry, and is able to work in a fully self-directed manner when I need her to. She is excellent cook and is comfortable trying new recipes. Jocelyn is very receptive to constructive feedback and deals with challenging requests and situations with maturity and warmth. What really sets Jocelyn apart is that she has unshakable integrity and follows through on her commitments. I trust her completely. I feel fortunate every single day that Jocelyn has been a part of my household and is with regret that my work schedule and my husband's travel schedule require us to have a live-in caregiver.
