Hello,
I have worked with children for over ten years. I attended the Boys and Girls Club of Leduc as a child. I participated in their leadership programs and volunteered since before I was ten years old. I started working for them when I was fourteen. I worked for them until I moved to Calgary for school. I studied Early Learning and Child Care, receiving a diploma in 2015. While in Calgary I nannied for a family with four boys under 5. After I got my diploma I moved to Lethbridge to go to school. I got a bachelors degree in History. While in Lethbridge I did respite care for a family with two children. I worked for them for three and half years. Their children were 1 and 7 when I started. Their son is autistic. I am currently working as an EA in Edmonton. I work with all sorts of children.
I am open to working with all ages and abilities. I have the most experience with children 3-9 but have taken care of children newborn to adolescent. I am kind and caring. I will work hard to support your children and your family. Caring for children is a serious task that I don't take lightly, but I like to have fun. I am strict when necessary but I am understanding and lenient most of the time. My rate is flexible.
I worked at the Boys and Girls Club of Leduc for 3 years. I have babysat children between the ages of 10mths-8yrs. I am taking Early Learning and Child Care at Mount Royal University.
