I currently reside in Vancouver downtown. I work in the hospitality industry and am enrolled online in school for psychology. I’ve always loved working with children, dating back to 2014 when I started as a student at UVic. I grew up in Vancouver B.C with four younger siblings so I have plenty of experience looking after children. Furthermore, I have previous volunteer experience working at a daycare, while I was in High School. I’ve taken family management and child development classes, which I see as an asset. I have babysat for numerous families with children of all ages and twins. I am a very trustworthy, loyal, dependable, patient and friendly individual. I have taken care of many children, including twins, special needs children, and older children- Been aware of various allergies they have. I can get along and relate to children with ease. Some tasks I have previously performed would be cooking, drawing, painting, supervising them while they play outside, brushing teeth, reading stories, running errands asked of me by the parents ( ie. medical appointments), cleaning the house ( ie. dishes), and putting the children to bed, etc. I am 19 years old, however I have plenty of experience- specially since I have four younger siblings for whom I have always looked after.
