I have lots of experience working with children including nannying children ages 8 months - 13 years old, coaching a U10 field hockey team, teaching elementary school students in Vancouver as well as in Costa Rica, and working at Science World. I also have experience managing a UBC laboratory and being a research assistant examining social cognition in children ages 3-8. I have a Bachelor of Science from UBC and a Diploma from BCIT in Electroneurophysiology. I spent 2 months in Calgary to complete my pediatric rotation at Alberta Children's Hospital. I am a Neurophysiology Technologist during the week so I am only available on weekends or evenings.

Neurodiagnostics Student at Alberta Children's Hospital: Performed diagnostic tests for brain disorders. UBC Early Development Research Group: Lab manager and researcher working with children ages 3-8. Work out of the UBC lab as well as the Living Lab in Science World. Nanny: Worked for a family with an 8 year old and an 11 year old for a year until they moved. Worked for a family with a 3 year old and an 8 month old before I moved. Science of Sport Teacher: Taught physics at an elementary school and relating science to sports (during the Olympics) School Teacher/Construction Worker: Taught math to students in Costa Rica and helped build a medical clinic on a humanitarian trip. U10 Field Hockey Coach: Mentored players, organized drills for practices, and instructed players at games. Richmond Tennis Club Receptionist: Helped organize the youth tournaments.
