I am an Agriculturist by profession but a Wife, Mother and a Nanny by vocation. I have four grown -up kids ranging from 32-22 years old. I personally took care of all my kids until they are old enough to be left alone in the care of my husband before applying as a Live-in Caregiver here in Canada. It had been two years since I was granted my permanent residency and was able to sponsor my family and they are now here with me. I worked as a Nanny and had two employers for my more than six years stay here. Ever since when I am old enough to be left alone with my siblings, my parents trusted me to take care of them cause they have to go out early in the fields. While I was growing up, am always surrounded by children(cousins, neighbors). Maturity and living responsibly comes with old age and I know am still capable of doing so. Am still currently employed as a Nanny of twins in Calgary NW but they are finally letting me go after four years.(My term will be till the end of March.) I prefer taking care of 0-2 year old kids. Schoolers will be a second option.One to two kids in a family would be great for a change. I am hardworking, take my work seriously and very dependable. Am glad to give references upon request.

My first nanny experience: Two school kids; prepare their food, take them to and from school, assist in school lessons and projects, light housekeeping, laundry, assist them in personal hygiene, school volunteering. Second nanny experience: I was there 1.5 months before the twins were born so I practically assisted the mother in taking care of them. They are so comfortable with me but not in a way that the strength of the mother- child relationship was diminished. The entire family had a couple of times went on days of outing leaving just the three of us and entrusting me to take care of them. The family were all very helpful and they help me as much as they can.
