I am a 46 year old female currently living in the Mississauga area, specifically at Eglinton and Central Pkwy. I am a single mother and I live with my 2 children in a large home in which my roommate and her 2 children also reside in. I have a 16 year old son and an 18 year old daughter. I have been providing in home child care services since 2002. Being self-employed over 12 years has enhanced my ability to combine both family and work life in a proficient and organized manner. I have often been complimented and praised on my nurturing manner. Children are drawn to my compassion and loving nature. Due to my active involvement over the years I have a strong sense and knowledge of child development. My passion and love for assisting parents in raising children will always be a love of mine and being a part of the family’s lives that I have worked for brings me such life altering satisfaction of the service and assistance that I provide to all involved. I love learning from those that I work with and also love coaching families through transitions in life. In my church I am also a leader in our Young Women’s Program that helps young women work together in today’s society with not only their faith but also day to day teenage struggles. Being a witness to their struggles and helping them through trials strengthens me each and every day. I absolutely I love the outdoors and will try to be outdoors as much as possible, especially in the summer months as I enjoy biking, hiking, walking, camping and partaking in various summer recreational activities.
