I am an active 23 year old with many years experience looking for work in the Grande Prairie area. Having grown up as the middle child of 5 kids my babysitting started off by watching my younger two brothers. As soon as I was of age to get my babysitting course I offered my services to other families, this kept me very busy throughout Junior high and high school. 5 years ago, after graduating high school I accepted a nanny position for a family with 4 kids. I worked for them for 2 years full time and loved the relationship I built with the family and how rewarding the job was. I still keep in contact with this family and take part in watching the kids activities whenever available. Since leaving nannying I have been working for Alberta Health Services for the past 3 years and have decided to relocate to Grande Prairie. I am looking for a live out position where I can build a close relationship with the family I work for as this is what I found most rewarding. As well as childcare I would be happy to help with house work, cooking, grocery shopping, shuttling the kids around, ect. I have been babysitting for 5+ years now. I have my babysitters course, which includes first aid, and I am willing to get any more training you would require me to have in order to take care of your children. I have never had the title of a "nanny" but have babysat for summers, weekends, and been on call for many people when they need child care. Having Just graduated high school I want to take sometime of before going back to school to pursue my dream of being a nurse for the Alberta children's hospital.
