Hello. I am Deborah, Brazilian, 26. I came here to study English and I'd decided staying. I love my family and I am always talking with them. They are too important. But my life here is going better and I have been happier, so I made my choice staying. I love this beautiful, safe, organized city with polite people and the exciting life that I have here. I like dancing, listening to music, cooking, watching movies, going out, making friends and doing physical activities. I am an outgoing and affectionate person, always with a big smile :) The simple things of life make me happy as cute animals and kids laughing. That is why I have been working as a babysitter for 8 years. I am so organized, like numbers, administrative processes and working with people in an office. I am graduated in Business Administration in Brazil. I am also clean person. I have been living with roommates and we divide all household chores such as cleaning the house, dish-washing, paying bills. I believe that living with other people (non relatives) has been important for me to learn how to better accept people’s differences and respect characteristics and space of others. I wash and iron my clothes, make my bed. I know how to do everything in a house, after all, I have been living on my own (without parents) for seven years and I worked as a housekeeper in the houses where I took care of the kids.

I started babysitting very early, when I was fifteen, caring for my brother. Around this time I also helped care for a cousin, and did so until I was nineteen. Then I started babysitting a one-year-old boy until he was 3 years old. That´s when I realized I was able to care for children, and not only that: I liked it very much. So, I decided I would combine my studies with babysitting. After That I took care of 2 sisters, 5 and ten. Before I came to Canada, I cared for a 5-year-old girl and a one-year-old boy. I started caring for them in 2013 up until February 2014. In Vancouver I take care of a beautiful 5-years-old girl, Phoenix, when they need me.
