Hi there. I’m 28 years old. I’m from Brazil. I have been here for more than two years now. I got here on January 2013 to study English. However, at some point in my life, due to a combination of circumstances, I decided to stay and now I’ve been married for a year. I am still going through some applications for my visa (waiting for my permanent resident card). I just got my work permit again. I have a bachelor degree in Biology focused in environmental education, where I worked with different ages of kids. I grew up in a lovely family including my parents, my grandfather, my brother and always two dogs and a cat. I love kids, I`m an energetic, calm, curious, creative, dedicated person. I used to babysitting my cousins back in Brazil when I moved to them city. That was a really great experience with kids. Had two 3 months babies and the oldest was 6. We had so much fun together. Basically I fed the boys, took the oldest one to the daily activities and basic housekeeping (in general organized the kids space). And I also did some jobs with children`s entertainment, where I passed almost 8 hours per day with groups of kids, with different ages, doing some smart games or just playing. Was really awesome. Here in Canada I used to work as a full time mother's helper where I helped most with the housework (vacuuming, kitchen, bathroom, backyard & etc) and spent good time with her 1 year old daughter. I feel good to help parents with their most treasured gifts witch are their children. I believe everyday a child can learn just as easily as they play. Supervise and care for 2 boys aged 3 months and aged 6 years The oldest: help get ready and walk him to school; collect him from school; supervise homework and school projects; organize and take him on regular outings; transport to activities and appointments; supervise play dates; play sports and outdoor games; facilitate bedtime routines; keep parents informed of his progress and behavior; prepare daily meals and snacks; wash up and keep kitchen clean; undertake light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dusting and vacuuming. The youngest :prepared bottles and solids for baby, fed baby according to established routine; cleaned and maintained feeding utensils; changed diapers; bathed and dressed baby; played with baby; took baby for walks to the park; regulated nap schedule; washed and ironed baby's laundry; completed light housework Kids Entertainment (Barbie, Discovery kids and Seninha’s events) : responsible for groups of children with different ages without parents; organization for different activities, like dressed up, make up, painting, games and others, managing the time to be fair with each child; smart games about daily life, in a fan way. Mothers helper: light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dusting and vacuuming; carrying for the little girl when necessary.
