My name is Lucy, I’m 24 years old and from England and I have worked in Canada for 3 years. I have been a Nanny for over 3 years, for children of ages 1- 12 years old. I’m fully committed to providing a safe, nurturing environment for the children. I have my Paediatric First Aid Level 3 Certificate, Diploma in Health, full clean drivers license, clean criminal background and have previous experience in housekeeping. My hobbies are photography, painting, reading, hiking and baking. I am a very enthusiastic, positive and approachable person. I can deliver exceptional organisation skills, time management and a love to look after children and help them grow.

I worked for the two families the Ocak family for 2 years and Osborne Family for 1. 5 years as their Nanny. The children aged 1 and 16. The Ocak Family had two children a little girl who was 1 years old and a boy 8 years old. I would take the 8 year old boy to school and pick him up, prepare his lunch to take to school and help with any homework after school, and the I would spend the day with the little girl taking her to play groups, doing activities etc. For the children I would organize and take part in leisure activities such as games, crafts, arrange outings and make dinner most evenings and bathe, dress and groom the children. I would do housekeeping which included; washing, dusting, vacuuming, make beds and any thing the family needed me to do to maintain a clean and healthy environment inside the home for the children. 
 The Osborne Family had 3 boys who were, 2, 6 and 12. I would take the two older boys to school also prepare their lunch, help with homework and take them to there after school activities. I would spend the day with the two year old boy taking him to play groups, swimming, the zoo, the park etc. I would also do light housekeeping for the family. I have also worked in a all boys Summer Camp in America working as a camp counsellor, the boys were aged 6-16, being at an all boys summer camp I had the role as a 'cabin mum' planning activities so they would bond and making sure they all had clean clothes on every day, help them with any home sickness etc. I taught photography as I think it is a great way for children to be able to express themselves and help them capture memories and then making them into scrapbooks so in years to come they can look back on all the good times they’ve had.
