Hello. My name is Jenna, I am a 18 year old girl who loves dancing, hiking and spending time with my family. I graduated from Calgary Christian High School in 2015. During my last year as a grade 12 student I had the privilege of volunteering in Calgary Christian Preschool. I was there every morning from 9 until 11 Monday through Friday. This has given me a lot of experience with young children. To the classroom, I not only brought the abilities that I had thus far, but I was fortunate to have that opportunity to expand on those skills, and grow in my love for children. I have also been babysitting for many years starting when I was as young as 12 years old, and I am still very active in child care and babysitting for close family and friends. As you can see I am very passionate about children and making sure they are loved and cared for as I believe it is essential to the proper development of each child. I strive and make a point of of getting to know each child as an individual because I believe that no two children are the same, and all have different gifts and abilities. I take each request very seriously and I look forward to meeting with you to discuss how I can best meet the needs of you and your children. I have had a year of experience with children in a class room setting. I was given the opportunity in my grade 12 year to do volunteering for my High School's preschool. I played with the children, did a lot of filing and office work for the teachers and helped the children with their school work, I have also been babysitting since I was 12 years old, I continue to babysit for my close family and friends Additional Experiences/Qualifications: I would prefer the family to be in the SW of Calgary.
