I am Lyn, 32 years old, single and a Filipino citizen. Presently residing in Calgary. I finish my college degree in Bachelor of Secondary Education in Philippines. I have been working in Hongkong as a domestic helper for more than 7 years. I taking care of children with different ages ( a new born, 3, 4, 7, and 9). I worked here in Canada as a live-in caregiver for less than 7 months. My male employer lost his job and that's the reason why I am looking for another permanent job. I am not a permanent resident yet, I arrived in Canada last Nov. 2014. I take care of 3 children ages ( 1, 4, and 6). My main duties are taking care of the kids, general cleaning, laundry, ironing, prepare and serve healthy snacks for the kids, schedule play time during the day, reading stories, teach educational songs and games. Preparing meal for the children and cook for the rest of the family. I enjoy cooking and know how to cook Asian dishes and willing to learn western and other ethnic dishes. I consider myself as a happy person, loyal, honest, energetic, flexible, hard working, a quick learner and able to handle problems. I love kids and I enjoy taking care of them. I am a happy person that's why I keep all the kids happy and learn something In every activities we had. I listened to them and observed their attitude. I teach them good manners, how to listen and talk nicely and be kind to all. I gained their love and respect and vice versa. I teach them about personal hygiene, and how to became responsible.
