I was born and raised in the Okanagan (Interior B. C. ). I am currently in pursuit of a Bachelor of Commerce and French Minor at the University of Victoria. I worked as an assistant dance teacher with children 4-18 years of age for 6 years at my local dance studio. I also volunteered as a camp counsellor for a summer at Mckenzie Camp. For the past three years, my summer employment at the Salmon Arm museum and heritage village has involved a lot of work with children. I ran the "Pioneer School" program for the month of June and had the chance to spend lots of recreational and educational time with kids 4-12 years old. I have also done plenty of babysitting for friends with young children over the years. I am very enthusiastic about working with children. I believe that I am versatile and outgoing enough to fit in with any number of different families and children. I enjoy arts, outdoor activities, and am open to any cooking and cleaning that needs to be done. I am living in Victoria starting mid February 2017 and would love to work part or full time helping out a family who needs me.
