I am a confident and mature young adult attending Simon Fraser University with hopes of getting into nursing school in 2017. I live with my parents in Langley and have three older siblings. I was a competitive dancer all throughout my life and have grown up with a boat so I am very comfortable in the water. I have emergency first aid and CPR level B training. Last summer I began volunteering at Canuck Place Children's Hospice working as a peer volunteer with children of all ages and health issues. I am going to be beginning training to become a family volunteer which is more advanced and has 40 hours of training.

I volunteered at the Fraser Heights Recreation Centre for two years with young children in preschool and summer day camps. I currently volunteer at Canuck Place Children's Hospice working with children of all ages and health issues. At the hospice, I assist with school work, play outside or just spend time with the children.
