Hello, I am a 17 year old, grade 12 high school student in Stony plain. I was born in Ireland and I moved to Canada with my family in 2009. I speak English, Dutch and am learning German in school. My interests include photography, sewing, baking, cooking and being creative. I also enjoy being outside, being active, working in my vegetable garden and spending time with family and friends. I believe that I am a very mature, responsible, empathetic and enthusiastic person who is very good with interacting and playing with young children. The health and safety aspect of babysitting is also very important to me. I am qualified in Level C CPR / AED ( for adults, children and babies) and I have experience with First Aid because of my completion of Sports Medicine courses in my school. I have also completed multiple swimming courses including Junior Life Guarding. The Canadian Red Cross Babysitting course is also completed. My interest in these courses of health and safety goes much farther than just being certified; soon I will be studying Midwifery in University and I eventually hope to give women in developing countries the same opportunity to safely give birth to healthy babies just like women in Canada. I have done quite a lot of volunteering with children in school and outside of school. Although you may be reluctant because of my age, I can assure you that although I am still in high school, I am very dedicated. My enthusiasm and willingness to learn will make up for my age.
