  About Me

I have worked in childcare for 30 years. I have worked as a nanny, in a large daycare setting, and ran a home daycare. I have my CPR/First Aid and will obtain a police check.
I enjoy being outdoors, playing sports, swimming, reading, writing, photography, and music. I have studied many areas of early childhood including child development, language development, curriculum planning, nutrition, music, art and more. All that being said I believe letting children play and being outdoors are very important. I love to do creative arts with children and reading. I always make use of local parks, drop in programs and the library.
I swim regularly and am comfortable around pets, enjoying walking dogs.
