I will be moving to Prince George in April of 2017. I have been working at a licensed child care facility for 4 years, where I care for 20 school aged children alongside another leader. I have been teaching ballet classes for the past 3 years, for ages 2-5 and 7-12. I was also employed through the service called Nannysitters, where I would be on call for different families, but I regularly took care of one 3 year old girl. I graduated with my Human Service Work diploma in 2013 and have 4 months of practicum experience as a CEA (certified education assistant). I love dance and yoga, painting and reading. I encourage lots of active games and pretend play, and empower children to be creative and independent. Every interaction is a 2-way learning experience with children.

I graduated from High School in Creston, BC in 2009. I attended Okanagan College from 2011-2013 and graduated with my Human Service Work Diploma, which included courses such as Psychology, Child Development Psychology, Mental Health, Family Studies, Emotional Support, Health Care Skills, etc. I had two 2-month practicums, one full time CEA, and the other with Big Brothers Big Sisters, as well as some CEA work.
