My name is Hailey and I am 22 years old living in Burnaby. I really enjoy running, hiking, horseback riding, swimming and basically anything that will get me outside. I graduated from DW Poppy Secondary in 2014 and since then have been working as an insurance agent in Langley until I recently moved to Burnaby. I truly love spending time with children and I believe I am a very flexible and easy going person. I know how to have a lot of fun while still knowing boundaries and keeping children safe. I am currently taking time off from my job in insurance and am free for full time nannying. My experience with childcare goes back to when I worked seasonally at Elkin Creek Guest Ranch. I was in charge of looking after children's needs while coming up with fun activities to make sure they were having a good time. I would arrange different arts/crafts, outdoor games, take them on short horseback rides and water sport activities at the lake. Prior to that I also occasionally baby sat family friends’ children throughout high school.
