I am Canadian, originally from Ottawa, where most of my family is. I have been living in Toronto since 2013; I moved here to work as a flight attendant, and did that for about 3 years. Before working for the airline, I lived and worked in Mexico City for two years, where I taught first Kindergarten (in English), and then Grade 2 English & Science in a private school. I love teaching, and working with kids. I am fluent in French and Spanish, and of course English, and would love the opportunity to be able to utilise my language skills at work. May that be with a Spanish-speaking family who wishes to conserve Spanish as the spoken language at home, or a family who wishes for their kids to be spoken to in English or French. or Spanish. Either way, we'll make a great match. I am also an educated professional. I have a BA in French and Spanish, and a MA in Spanish Language Teaching. I taught first year Spanish during my Masters program, and received extremely positive feedback from my students and professors. I have First Aid training, and am extremely quick on my feet when it comes to dealing with emergency situations. I worked as a lifeguard when I was a teenager, and of course working with the airline requires intense emergency training and polished first aid skills. I am a non-smoker, and love all pets.
