Hi. As a former elementary school teacher, I have worked with school aged children for over 15 years. I am kind, reliable, punctual, very sensitive and respectful of children's needs and vulnerabilities, and possess a good sense of humour. In addition, I love to sing; I play the guitar and I have also worked as a professional storyteller. I have volunteered with pre-school children in a Toronto downtown parent drop in centre, as well. I love meeting people from different nationalities, religions and cultures from my own. I am comfortable with pets but, unfortunately, I am allergic to cats and would not be able to work in a home where cats live in the house/apartment. ) In addition to supervising children to ensure their safety, I am able to prepare simple meals, give baths, help with homework, and put children to bed.
