Hi. My name is Alex, I am a 23 year old Teacher Candidate for Junior/Intermediate at Brock University. I have been working with children since I obtained my babysitting license in 2011, and have since gained over 400 volunteer hours specializing with children. My experience includes practicum experience in a middle school classroom, camp counselling/management/volunteering, and one-on-one babysitting/nannying. I have worked with children aged 1-14 though my various experiences. My hobbies include water colour painting, reading, and biking. I am CPR Certified and have addition certifications through my Teacher Candidate program.

I have previously volunteered at a camp counsellor, but have payed work experience as a hostess for approximately 10 months. When I volunteered as a camp counsellor I worked at a variety of different camps each with very different expectations, and children from very different backgrounds. Because of this I am well-versed in working with all kinds of children with all kinds of needs. I am patient, creative, and fun making me a good mix for children between the ages of 4-14 in particular.
