Hi.
My name is Naomi and I am a 22-year-old University Student in my second year of the Registered Nursing Program in the Saskatoon Polytechnic Campus. I have volunteered at a daycare in my past work experience and I am interested in seeking a job in childcare to be reliable enough to carry me through to my graduation day.
I am a kind, fun, patient person who has a love for children. As an aspiring Paediatric Nurse, safety will always be my top priority as well as ensuring there is lots of fun involved. I have up-to-date CPR/First Aid Certificates as well as others needed for me to continue in my nursing program. I can be flexible with my schedule, dependent on my school hours.
I am comfortable around all aged children and I am comfortable with being responsible for pets as well. I am reliable, trustworthy and eager to gain experience on my journey to becoming a Paediatric Nurse.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
I volunteered at Trish's Daycare prior to entering into University. My responsibilities included supervising and participating in daily activities, preparing meals and organize outings for the children to enjoy. I was also responsible for picking children up from school and helping with homework if need be. I was the assistant to a great Daycare professional who successfully runs a home-based daycare for 20+ years now.
Contact information for the owner of the Daycare I volunteered at is stated on my resume.
I also occasionally take care of my 3-year-old nephew and my 6-year-old niece.

I am a second-year Registered Nursing student in the SCBScn Program. During this time I have had volunteer clinical hours that are mainly involved in the care of persons aged 65+.
My experience with young children is purely based on my volunteer experience at Trish's Daycare.
