My experience working with children began with my family - I have 9 nephews and nieces that I have watched grow up. My passion for children then grew when I volunteered at the Holland Bloorview Children's Rehabilitation Hospital in the "Arts Xpress" program. I work with special needs children as a program assistant, responsible for their safety during activities, improving their motor skills, and clean-up. I then found two lovely families that I still currently babysit regularly - ages range from newborn to 12 years old. The first family of 3 are two twin toddlers and a 12 year old girl, and the other family consists of a newborn, a 4-year old, a 7-year old, and a 10-year old. I am comfortable with cooking, arts and crafts, outdoor activities and excursions, and light housekeeping.
