My name is Erin. I am a 21 year old Kinesiology student located in Nanaimo, British Columbia. I am originally from Ontario, where I gained experience providing childcare for children of all ages for around three years. I am a non-smoker, very comfortable around pets, have a class 5 drivers license and my own vehicle. I lead a generally healthy lifestyle, so eating right and getting daily physical activity are two things I really value. Running, yoga, and pilates are some of my favourite ways to stay healthy. I also love to cook, read, and spend time outdoors.

I have been working at a busy before and after school childcare centre for a little over a year now. Typical daily duties include transportation of multiple children to and from school, preparing snacks, engaging in stimulating activities, creating an enriched and welcoming environment for children aged 4-12. Prior to this, I had many years of experience babysitting for children between the ages of 1-12 years of age. Duties included: communicating with family to arrange for childcare services, preparing meals and snacks, coordinating feeding schedule, light housekeeping, caring for pets, participating in games/activities with children. Additional Experiences/Qualifications: I am certified in first aid and CPR.
