I grew up in a home the valued education and exploration. I have 2 younger brothers, an older sister and an older brother. Growing up in a big family has been a blessing for me. I was homeschooled from kindergarten to grade 9 and then I attended W. P Wagner High School when I went into grade 10. My mom is an RN and my dad is a pastor for Heartland Alliance Church. Love and support has always been values in my family, growing up, my parents were very hands on and invested in my life. They have always been my number one encouragers. My mom made it a priority that my siblings and I got involved in community sports and extra curricular activities. Staying active has always been a priority of mine. Some of my favourite sports are hockey, rugby and dance. I recently got home from attending a Discipleship Training School at YWAM Destination Paradise in San Pedro, Belize. YWAM stands for Youth With A Mission, this schools main value is to know God and make Him known. I have spent the last 5 months growing deeper in my relationship with God and learning how to love myself and others the way Jesus did. I traveled across the world to Samoa in the South Pacific to share the unconditional love of Jesus to the people there. I love to travel and experience different cultures from around the world.

I don't have any official child care experience but I have been surround by children my entire life. Growing up with younger siblings and younger cousins have given me opportunities to care, love and experience young kids. I have done years of babysitting and taking care of children. teaching, playing and being apart of the growth experience of children is very special to me. I volunteer in children's ministry at my church and work with the junior high youth. Mentoring is something I take very seriously. As someone young children and youth look to, I make it a priority to be a positive example for them. Additional Experiences/Qualifications: Depending on how much work and responsiblity I would have, I am very flexible with pay.
