I don't have a specific childcare work experience but having more than 3 years of work experience as a school health nurse, I was able to understand that children are still children with unique personalities and attitude that are distinct to each other. It is very important to provide a safe but nurturing home environment that will enhance their abilities to explore things with less exposure to social media of course and focus more on their individual creativity.
