Hi There. My name is Aliyah. I am born Canadian but my back ground is Guyanese/Portuguese. I am currently a student at Durham College going into second year of the Child and Youth Care Program. I interests tend to lie between working with children and youth and expanding my experience as much as possible. My hobbies are video games, writing (journaling, writing poetry), listening to music and spending quality time with friends and family. I have already had one co-op placement as an intern at Glengrove public school in Pickering and am completing my Summer Placement at Native Child and Family Services of Toronto. I love kids and nothings makes me more happy and content then seeing them blossom by my side.
