Our hospital hired so many Patient Care Assistant in preparation for shortage staff. Currently they have to cut down our shifts to allocate fairly with the other part timers. My educational background, I have a degree in Bachelor in Accounting way back in the Philippines and I am a Certified Medical Laboratory Technician here in Canada. Willing to work full time as I can always choose my availability at my other job as a part time.. Basically having a background in healthcare your childrens health and safety is my number one priority. Looking after them diligently specially with young ages safety first, housework follows when free. I like seeing kids having fun especially summer time, going to parks, splash pads and camps. My entry job here in Canada was being a nanny, it started with 2 children until it becomes 3. They are all grown up now. Been there for 10-11 years only with one family. I left because I went to school. After I graduated still was looking for a nanny job while waiting for my board exam results. With the second family with one child I stayed with them for 7years until the child was already full time at school. With all the kids I took care all these years, they were so wonderful and fun-loving I treat them like mine. Upto now we still have communications with these families specially on holidays. Emotional attachment prevails as I was part of their growing stage they missed me and I will always still be there if they need help. Sometimes its not just a mere job but meeting and knowing nice families is a very good thing. I usually take them to playdates after school or do some crafts and activities. I take them to their activities by subway, sometimes by car depending on it's availability. Additional Experiences/Qualifications: Familiar with kids with allergy as my other child is egg and peanut allergy too. Knowledgeable with the use of epipen and puffer for person with asthma.
