Childcare style I adhere to the child's playing preferences as the parents direct. I am punctual about bathtimes, mealtimes and bedtimes. Giving time-outs and such are non-issues, but I believe in rewards rather than punishments.
Self-description I am the youngest of seven children including step and half siblings. I enjoy caring for children, and am very maternal. I bond easily with children and can communicate with them on their level as well as on a level of authority. I make sure the children come first-before housework.
