Transferring patient from bed to wheel chair and vice versa using Hoyer Lift
Assist physical therapist in range of motion and exercises
Meal preparation and feeding
Light house keeping
Daily care giving such as: bathing, showers, dressing, grooming, feeding
Vital signs monitoring and documentation
Rendering massage and range of motion exercises according to the program prepared by companies Rehab Supervisor /Therapist to individual care receivers.
Dispense medicines as per Doctor's orders
Prevention and basic wound care
Food preparation and feeding ( both oral and tube feedings)
Daily care for tracheotomy and PEG Tubes.
Facilitate and book appointments for routine check ups
Function as a contact between management and family
Philosophy is to encourage the patient to be as active and cooperative as possible in all daily activities.
