Childcare style I like to keep things active and exciting. I like to be out doors, so I try to plan day trips as weather permits. It is important to have fun while doing things that can be educational as well. I am able to teach sports, arts and crafts, baking/cooking, reading, and much more. I try to be authoritative, while still having compassion that kid's will be kid's. I am familiar with using a time-out system for discipline.
Self-description I am a motivated, organized, responsible, healthy 23 year old female. I have a lot of previous childcare experience. I currently do home support for elderly people under VIHA.
