I was raised in a family that has strong moral beliefs and a healthy attitude to learning. I am the oldest of 7 children in my family. I have babysat and looked after them more times than I can remember. Looking after my siblings has given me a lot of responsibilty and has trained me how to treat many different kinds of children. Having such a wide exposure to children I have often been asked to babysit for other families just because they see how well I interact with mine. I love to have fun, play games, and read stories that teach valuable lessons to the children. I love being around children, even the more difficult ones because each child is just as special and important as the next. If I am hired as your nanny I will treat your children wonderfully. I will be a responsible role model that they will love having around. I believe that to gain authority over children you must first become their friend and make sure they can trust you completely. I don't belive in harsh punishment it doesn't teach it just frightens the children. I like to have fun with the kids but also maintain responsibility.

I have 6 younger siblings that I have looked after many, many times. I have taught sunday school for 3 years, been a counsellor at camp for 2 years, been a leader at a childrens church program, babysat for many different children, and have overall had a wide exposure to dealing with children. I have been praised for how well I can handle children and for how responsible I am.
