A Jounral will be started about your baby including regular entries : Date and Time when care provided and ended. (Day or Night care) Feeds (What, how much, how the feeding was tolerated), Diaper changes (wet or soiled, large or small), Activities your baby was provided with (how he/she participated with the activity), Your baby's temperament (if teething, what was done to make them comfortable) Your baby's sleep pattern (how long they slept, mood upon awakening)
