My name is Georgina and I am a British nanny who now lives in Canada. I have over 5 years experience as a nanny and can provide excellent references. I am seeking part time work with an hourly rate of $14 negotiable.
I spent last year as a live in au-pair to two adorable children in Australia. My duties involved getting them ready in the mornings for day care and preschool, dropping and picking them up. I would drive them to activities such as ballet and soccer and take them to the park and beach or playdates. The days they did not attend day care or preschool, I would keep them entertained whilst their mother was at home with the newborn baby. I was also required to make the children dinner and bath them and babysit occasionally in the evenings. I would also take on light household duties such as cleaning the kitchen after meals, making the kids beds and doing the laundry and washing.
I am an outgoing, fun and bubbly person who loves caring for younger children. My experience ranges from sole care of 6month old babies through to cooking, cleaning and caring for older children. I live in Kitsilano and have access to public transport. I do have an International Driving Licence and have driven in Canada but I do not have a car. I am happy to take on light household chores (laundry, making kid's beds, tidying) and meal preparations.
