Hello. I am a reliable and responsible young woman with one child of my own (born March 2016). Prior to having my own child I worked as a nanny and in daycares. I love working with children. I have a wide variety of hobbies, including cooking, writing and baking. I also love to read, particularly to children. I have practiced many different types of art in the past from cross stitching to watercolor painting, though right now I am primarily sewing stuffed toys. I have done some musical theater as well. I am currently enamored of tiny houses and love the challenge of designing houses fitting everything an individual or family needs into a small space.

I have been consistently working in childcare since April 2013. Through this time I have worked in many different types of childcare. I was a nanny/home school teacher, a nanny/housekeeper, a daycare teacher, a babysitter and provided childcare in my home. It sounds flighty to say I have done so many things in the past 4 years but I work with families to provide the care they need, which is often short term due to life changes. Along with all my professional experience in childcare I also have a daughter for whom I am the primary care giver.

I will obtain first aid/CPR C training and a criminal record check before starting a position. I also plan on taking childcare related distance education classes within the next few months to upgrade my knowledge.
