This is not a typical job posting so I will try to break it down the best I can. I am looking for someone to help my last month of pregnancy with our third Child (due early February) and our two other children. The position would continue after the baby is born. January my husband is away working and I would require commitment to be on call from January 21st- January 28th. In the event I go into labor early or have other medical emergencies I would need an overnight up to 48 hrs to stay with the kids if I am hospitalized. After the baby is born the position would continue with "on months" which is when my husband is away and " off months " when he is home rotated every other month. Time is broken down below. Responsibilities/expectations: 1. cooking for the kids 2. light housework/ kids laundry 3. running errands 4. walking son to preschool 5. taking kids out to play 6. Help take the kids to outside activities and classes 7. willing to play and direct activities in the home to limit screen time 8. Most of the time caring for just Valon and Aurelia 9. Must be willing to be on call the month of January (within a 30 min window) 10. Must be willing to stay at the home overnight for 24-48 hrs in the event of an emergency Requirements: 1. Experience with newborn-5 years old 2. Drivers licnese 3. owns vehicle 4. Flu vaccination and Tdap (whooping cough) 5. Owns a personal cell phone 6. Non smoker January expectations: 1. on call rate $20/Day 2. overnight stay in the event of an emergency $200 /night (24 hrs) * a private room with private bathroom will be available. “On Months” 1. 3 days/week MWF 2. 8am-5pm 3. half days are an option 4. $16/hr with the older two $20/hr in the event all three are cared for “Off Monts” 1.
