I am looking for someone to look after my 9-month-old daughter 2-3 afternoons a week for 3-4 hours. I am working on my doctoral degree in music (violin performance) and I need time to work on my dissertation. I am pretty flexible about days of the week and exact hours. Sometimes I have work (performance or teaching) that could allow extra hours on a different day or in the morning, if you are available. I freelance, so I don't have a fixed work schedule at the moment. My daughter is quite delightful (I'm not biased at all of course!). She likes to be active, but also enjoys quiet time to sit and play with her toys. She is good about taking naps and eating her meals, and likes to have walks outside. Overall she is pretty low maintenance, but not low maintenance enough that I can write my dissertation without some help :) I am looking for someone who has experience with children this age and would appreciate references.
