Hi! I am looking for an energetic, fun, loving and trustworthy Nanny/Housekeeper to help out with my two daughters in Richmond, BC. My girls are 10 and 6 years old. I am looking for a fulltime, live- in position to be filled and I am willing to sponsor the live-in caregiver program if required. Other than having a 5:30 start time 3 days a week I am flexible with the amount of hours worked each week and when. I am more concerned that this will be a right fit for both my family and yourself. You would have your own private space with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and private entrance. We live on 3 acres of farmland in Richmond with lots of space to play and lots of privacy as well. I am currently looking for someone Tuesday- Friday (3-4 days a week) with the rare occasional evening or weekend. You will be responsible for preparing breakfast, getting ready for school, making lunches and taking care of household duties. I am a single mom so it is just the 2 girls, myself and our cat however we are surrounded by a huge extended family that all live close by and have lots of kids in the neighborhood. Duties included: Prepare breakfast Get ready for school Make lunches Play and take care of more often during summer break Tidy up and maintain cleanliness of the house Kitchen cleaning – dishes, cleaning inside and outside of fridge, cupboards, oven, stove, dishwasher, counters, floors, pantry Bathroom cleaning Laundry - wash, dry, put away Pet care – feed and clean cat litter Bed making and linen changes Vacuum and dust throughout course of week Wash floors weekly Take garbage out bi-weekly.
