I am looking for a reliable, trustworthy and self motivated person in Lethbridge to work with my 91 year old mother. Responsibilities involve companion care, help with eating, some grooming, and if needed, dressing. The candidate would be someone who enjoys the elderly, is cognizant of their needs, and knows how to positively encourage them to feel wanted and needed. Other traits would be soft spoken, calm and have a good sense of humor. This position would be Monday - Friday from 4:00 - 6:30 pm and Saturday and Sunday for 4 hours each day at either 9:00 am - 1:00 pm or 2:00 - 6:00 pm. Another position will be available in July and August, Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm. This can be added on to the above position or hired out separately. Experience and training are an asset. References and criminal record check are required.
