We are neighbours looking for a Full Time, Live Out Nanny in the East End of Toronto for our two energetic 1 year olds. With plenty to do in the neighborhood, this opportunity will be a rewarding position for a Nanny that enjoys spending time outside and engaging children in physical and intellectual activities. Duties include full day supervision of the 2 toddlers as well as a walk to school for one older child. The time with the children should be a mix of free-play and enrichment activities (i.e. trips to the local library, park, and drop-in center). Meal preparation and tidying up after the children would be required. The children are most comfortable in a relaxed, nurturing environment that allows them to develop as individuals and in their own unique ways. We strive to make healthy life choices, but don’t sweat the occasional indulgence or lazy day. The house is an 8 minute walk from Woodbine subway station. Pay is negotiable. A negotiable vacation entitlement, to be coordinated with the families vacations where possible. We are looking for a Nanny with experience and/or relevant education and good references. The ideal candidate will have a warm, kind and fun loving character and will have good chemistry with our children upon meeting them. French language skills would be an asset.
