NANNY NEEDED URGENTLY My husband and I have been very blessed as he had May off after my accident (I broke my leg in 3 places after I fell off a horse - I was not bucked off). However, he is going back to work in June and it is still unsafe for me to look after my two kids on my own. We are needing a nanny for 1-2 months so that I can learn to walk again and while Hubby works. Shifts would be rotating blocks to follow My husband's schedule. All days. 8-12 hours 3-4 days a week (starting as early as 5 am some days). Weekends are required (including Sundays). Not every weekend, but some. For example: the schedule will go thurs-sat, fri-sun, sat-mon, sun-tues, mon-wed, etc. Duties would include: child care for two kids (3.5 yr and 1 year) (outside play, arts and crafts (minimal screen time), light house keeping, meals, driving our son to preschool and picking him up (can provide a vehicle for that part), naps, changing diapers, and laundry. I am not expecting a bunch, but cleaning up after yourself and the kids during the day as well as light housekeeping prior to the children waking up in the morning. We have a dishwasher. We also have a very large dog that you must be comfortable with (he is very friendly and loves his walks). This employment will be in my house in Langley (by Walmart) and will last until I am able to safely look after my children (approximately 1-3 months). This employment may extend beyond my rehabilitation so thatI can pick up extra shifts at work. Must have references. Must be at least 17 years old. Will negotiate rate of pay dependent on experience.
