Hello, We are a super fun family with 3 wonderful little girls, 6 years old, 4 years old, and 1.5 years old. We currently require help Mon-Fri from 8:45am. The shift sometimes runs until 12:45 or 2:45, depending on how much work we have to complete. There may also be some evening hours available during date nights, etc. The hours can run consistently between 20-30 per week, but we are super flexible and if you are only available 15-20 hours / week, we can work with that as well. We sometimes work from our home office and will be home for many of the hours. The littlest child naps once per day and you will only be in charge of 1-2 kids for most of the time. The position starts May 1, 2018. You would be responsible for taking care of the children (preparing healthy snacks, playing, taking to the park, bathing, etc.) as well as some light housekeeping duties (sweep kitchen floors, clean kitchen counters and stove top, empty and load dishwasher, empty recycling, laundry, help kids clean up play areas after play, etc.). We are looking for someone with at least 4 years experience with young children, CPR, First Aid, and any other relevant training. We require someone who has a true passion for working with children, who enjoys what they do, exerts a positive happy demeanour, and is very engaged with the children. It is very important to us to have a nanny who plays and sings and is silly with the kids. Someone who's focus is the children and wants to have fun. Someone who is creative and likes to suggest crafts and games. Safety and cleanliness of the children is also very important to us. When at the park, it is important to watch and engage with the children and be aware of any dangers. At home, it is important to keep the children's hands and faces clean, after eating / playing at the park, etc. We will be doing a reference check and must have a clean criminal check.
