Personal/ Family Assistant for Executive Family, West Vancouver, BC $20 - $25 an hour - Full-Time We are currently seeking an outgoing and self-motivated individual who loves working within a family and house organization, to assist with the day to day operations within our home on a Full-time basis About Our Family: We are a fun and very active family of 4 (plus a little Yorkie). We have a 6 year old boy and a 9 year old daughter, who are both very active after school. We live in the West Vancouver, in a safe family oriented neighbourhood close to the beach, shops, parks, schools and Hollyburn Country Club. Own car would be ideal since our house is a 15-20 walk from public transit, however during working hours there will be a vehicle provided for your use. Duties (some examples): - Manage all family properties and underlying staff and service providers (coordination/supervision/inspection) - Assist with driving the children to their activities. Must be comfortable with horses, our daughter rides competitively and will need to be taken to the barn where she rides - Help children with their homework - Seasonal Responsibilities - Personal shopping - Assistance with event planning at our home - General errands About You: - Have a valid BC Driver's License and clean driving record (our vehicle will be used to drive child to and from activities) About you: - Non-smoker - Speak and write English fluently - Ability to manage multiple competing priorities with attention to detail - Have a clean criminal records check - Loves children - kind, patient, creative and energetic - Experience with children Thank you in advance for all applications, however only those shortlisted will be contacted for an interview by our screening service.
