I am looking for someone to help me and my ex-wife look after our two kids on weeks where I am away on business. Our current custody arrangement is on a week on, week off basis. Childcare would include taking the kids to and from school, gymnastics and baseball so transportation is a requirement. My business obligations change from week to week, but I would like to discuss options for scheduling, and paying for reliable help, even on weeks that I don't require it. I am trying to establish a consistent "plan B" that I can rely on. I am open to discussion on monthly salary to accommodate this working arrangement. Scheduling childcare has been difficult because of my constantly changing schedule and I would like to find a long term solution to this challenge.
