My wife and I are in need of some assistance with our 4 boys (9, 7 & twin 4 yr olds) in a nanny/child care/help around the house capacity. We both work full time and I am on a rotating schedule. Hours would fluctuate from week to week from 16-24 hours, but not required on weekends. Having your own vehicle will be required as there will be two days a week where the youngest go to preschool.
